RV Storage Lot
The RV Storage Lot is for Indian Mountain property owners who wish to store their RV at this facility. It is located on Albino Road near the Burn Pit and Golf Course.
For purposes of the storage agreement, the term RV includes vehicles, cars, trucks, campers, trailers, recreational vehicles or other property like trailered ATV’s, OHV’s and boats.
The annual storage fee is $35.00 per RV. In order to receive a permit to store an RV at the IMMD Storage Lot, please use the following procedure per RV:
- Fill out the Annual Registration, Storage, and Release Agreement including your Indian Mountain address (or filing, lot, and unit number), your mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address.
- Submit a check in the amount of $35.00, made payable to: Indian Mountain Metropolitan District.
- Provide a copy of the current registration for the RV(s) you plan to store; this is required by State statute.
- Please drop off the form, check, proof of Indian Mountain property ownership, and a copy of your RV(s) state registration to the IMMD Community Center Office or Drop Box. Alternately, you can mail them to the Indian Mountain Metropolitan District, P.O. Box 25, Como Colorado 80432.
- Once you received the storage permit from IMMD, please attach it to the rear of your RV near the license plate.
- IMMD will provide the gate code for the Storage Lot. When parking your vehicle please do not block access to the other stored RV’s. Park on the outside fence if there is room.
Indian Mountain Metropolitan District requires a current agreement and registration copy to be on file for each year your RV is stored at this facility. Therefore every time you renew your annual permit you must follow the process above.
Important note for winter conditions: The RV Storage Lot and the access road are not maintained in the winter. Access is only as good as weather and snow depths permit.
