RV Dump Station – Indian Mountain Metropolitan District

The old RV dump station CLOSED PERMANENTLY on October 31, 2023.

The new On-site Water Treatment System (OWTS) located near the Community Center is replacing this facility. (Updated website pictures will appear when the facility is completed). Your RV Dump keys will work on the new RV DUMP STATION once it is ready to go. You can view documents related to this project here.

We need the New RV Dump Station because the old vault leaks, is not up to code, is in a designated wetland, and costs over $800 every two weeks to pump.

The New RV Dump will have a full septic system and is projected to open Spring 2024. It will have two intake port stations so two RV’s can dump at the same time. It will also have circular drive access so you can pull in off Keneu Court, dump, then exit through a second access point back on Keneu Court. No more navigating the tight corners and hill at the old site.

NOTE* There will be no water at the New Dump Station. There is no money in the budget to add water at this time. You may want to leave some water in your RV tanks to flush your system after you dump. Stage Stop has no water at their dump station and their septic system works fine.

As always you can get fresh water at the Comfort Station outside spigot. There is no room for an RV up there, but you easily can fill 5 gallon containers.

Sorry for the inconvenience during this transition, but this project, when completed, will be a wonderful improvement for our community.

A dump station key can only be obtained by an Indian Mountain property owner and is only for the use of Indian Mountain property owners and property owner’s non-paying guests. If you wish to order your key by mail, please fill out this application and send it with a check for $32.00 ($30 key + $2.00 postage) along with proof of ownership of Indian Mountain property to:

Alternately you can come by the IMMD Business Office at 31 Keneu Ct. off Arrowhead and get a key with the proper documentation. You can also call 719-836-9043 during business hours Wednesday through Saturday (9am – 1pm) for further inquiries or leave a message at any time.

There is a $50.00 charge to replace lost keys.
