The Warming Hut was the building's original name. Located at 1996 Chief Trail, it was also known as the Ski Lodge.

The building was used to supply refreshments and restrooms for the use of skiers when Indian Mountain had a ski lift and sufficient snow for downhill skiing.  When the ski lift was dismantled the Hut was closed.  The structure is now known as The Lodge.

The Lodge has been renovated and can comfortably sleep six people. There is a kitchen, a great room/dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower. The TV has reception on the Dish Network along with a DVD player. A telephone is available for local calls as well as calls using a phone card.

If you are interested in reserving either the Lodge or Community Center, it's recommended to check open dates first by viewing the Events Calendar*. You must also complete a lease agreement which is available by clicking here. Then mail or drop it by the Office. Our mailing address and business hours are posted on the home page.

* The Events Calendar opens to the Indian Mountain Community Center's schedule. To view The Lodge reservations, choose 'Indian Mountain Lodge' from the drop down menu in the calendar's header. The Events Calendar is read-only but will be updated by the Business Office once your reservation is complete.
